February Vacation 2026
February Vacation is right around the corner! Join us for our mini vacation camps. Our vacation camps are a mixture of indoor and outdoor fun. No matter the weather we will be playing outside as well as activities inside at our indoor playground! We provide snacks daily.
Dates: February 17th- February 20th
Time: Half Day and Full Day option available
Half Day Hours: 9:00-12:00 (available for any age, lunch not included)
Full Day: 9:00 AM- 3 PM (available for any age)
Extended Day: 3 PM- 4 PM
Special Guests: We have lots of special guests that visit us, like magicians, princesses, scienctists and more! Stay tuned for who will be stopping by.

Vacation camp philosophy
At our Family Center, we believe that indoor and outdoor learning are both essential components of a well-rounded and meaningful educational experience. Indoor environments provide opportunities for structured learning, focused activities, and the development of fine motor skills. Outdoor environments offer opportunities for exploration, physical activity, and connection with the natural world. Both indoor and outdoor environments provide opportunities for children to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as creativity and independence. We believe in creating a balance between indoor and outdoor learning experiences to support the whole-child development of our students.
When will your vacation camps run?
We plan to run our vacation camps based on the areas local public school calendars. If you go to a private school or a school with a different schedule, please reach out and we can try and make something work for those students if there is enough interest.
February, April, Summer
We will be providing more information about our winter camps soon. However we are excited to have the Red Barn as our main hub for all vacation camps. Our focus will always be outdoor recreation, but we will have a fun indoor playground to thaw off when we come in from the cold in the winter! The great thing about our vacation camps is that we won’t be traveling to other locations. The fun is HERE at PDC.

April Vacation Camp 2026
April Vacation
April Vacation is coming up and we have the best vacation camp scheduled for you! We’ll be playing outside for almost the entire day. We will have archery, athletics, arts and crafts, hikes in the woods, campfires, and more. Registration will open March 8th at noon. Full and half day available. Ages 4-9.
Dates: April 21st- April 24th
Time: Half Day and Full Day option available

August Mini Camp 2026
Dates:
Week 1: June 22nd-26th
Week 2: August 24th-28th
Ages:
Currently we are offering this mini camp for 3 year olds – 13 year olds. The groups will be created with a mixed range of ages. The groups will not be the same as they were in the summer.
Hours:
9 AM – 4 PM
Drop off begins at 8:45 AM and camp will begin at 9 AM.
Pickup begins at 3:45 and camp will officially end at 4 PM.
Extended Day is now available until 5:00 PM
Pricing: $90 a day
Extended Day to 5 PM- $20
We do provide sibling discounts as well!
*You cannot get reimbursed for a rainy day. However we do hold the right to cancel if we feel like the rain is dangerous or will keep kids inside all day*
Scheduling
You can customize your schedule for our mini camps. That means you can pick the days you want your child to attend. In the summer we do not allow that flexibility, but for our mini camps we know how difficult it can be planning things!
Typical Day Schedule
Here is a typical schedule for your day at our mini camp in August. It’s very similar to a day you might have at our regular camp.
9 AM- Adventure Craft (Fun activities in the woods)
10 AM- Free Swim (we will not be hosting lessons)
11 AM- Arts and Crafts
12 PM- Lunch – Bring a lunch!
1 PM- Enrichment- Campers decide where they want to go/play
2 PM- Free Swim
3PM- Athletics
3:45- 4PM Pickup
