Birthday parties are available all year for the indoor playground and adventure parties, while pool and outdoor parties are seasonal. Every birthday party at the PDC Family Center always includes:
Exclusive use of our amazing party spaces for your private use.
Perfectly sized tables and chairs for young children, plus seating for adults and space for decorations.
2 hour parties for 25 children ($5 extra for each additional child) Adults and babies are not included in this number!
Lots of parking for friends and family.
A dedicated attendant that will meet you 30 minutes before to help set up, stay throughout to assist, and handle the cleanup afterward!
Basic INDOOR BIRTHDAY PARTY
Indoor Playground at the Barnyard Playard

- A party attendant to assist with decorations, set up, needs during the party, and cleanup!
- 2 hours of private play
- 2 indoor bounce houses
- Exclusive use of the indoor playground for your private party.
- Kids tables and chairs as well as large folding tables for food/drinks/gifts etc.
- TV with capabilities to play slideshows for the birthday kiddo!
- A speaker connected to Spotify and Amazon music for your music preferences.

Basic Outdoor Birthday Party
Outdoor Playground and White Tent

Includes:
- A party attendant to assist with decorations, set up, needs during the party, and cleanup!
- 2 hours of private access to the tent, playground, bounce pad, and animals
- Bluetooth Speaker!
- Feeding access to barnyard animals (goats, chickens, and bunnies)
- Exclusive use of our Beautiful Giant White Canopy Tent for guests
- Exclusive use of our outdoor playground area
- Fields for games (you provide the games)
- Bounce house/ jump pad (no attendant)
- Picnic Tables for all guests
- You bring the cake, food, tablecloths, and decorations

Pool Party
PDC Pool Area (June – August)

- 2 Hours of uninterrupted swimming in our beautiful pool! Access to diving board and water slide at pool.
- 2 Lifeguards that also act as your party attendants
- Sand Volleyball court and mini golf course (no attendants)
- Folding tables (upon request prior to party)
- Open fields for kids to run around if they don’t want to swim
- Small Tents and picnic tables
- Up to 40 swimmers (unlimited people outside of the pool)
- Changing rooms and bathrooms
- A party attendant to help setup a half hour before the party and cleanup after.
- Access to a fridge/freezer
Adventure ROPES COURSE Party
Includes:
PDC Ropes Course in the Woods (Year-Round)

- 2 hours of ropes course fun!
- 2 certified adventure course attendants
- All safety equipment for the course
- Every child will have the chance to use the full course alongside their friends
- Access to a space for cake/gifts/food
- Access to folding tables or picnic tables
- You bring food, drinks, decorations

Includes:
- All inclusions of either a basic indoor or basic outdoor birthday party
- An attendant to help through the party, but also acts as a “ref” during the game. They will also be able to explain all rules of the game so even first-timers can play
- The inflatable gaga pit, extension chords, and game ball
- 1 hour of GAGA ball fun, and 1 hour of additional party activities
- You bring your own food, drinks, and decorations
- access to a fridge and freezer
Specialty: Arts and Crafts Birthday PartY
Year-round (Either indoor or outdoor)

- All inclusions of either a Basic indoor or Basic Outdoor party

Elementary art school teacher or staff member leads 2-3 crafts (can be based on kids ages, theme of the party, etc) About 60 minutes of crafting!

What is your rain policy?
In the case of rain any outdoor parties, guest have three options:
1. Move the party into the indoor playground (if there is availability)
2. Reschedule the party to another weekend
3. Cancel the party for a 75% reimbursment.
What is the cancelation policy?
If the party guest cancels the party with over a weeks notice:
– they can move the date of their party
-they can cancel and get 75% back
If there is a no-show, for an event that the host family recieves the contract and invoice for:
– host family will need to pay a $100 cancellation fee
If the event space (PDC Family center) needs to cancel an event:
– host family gets full refund or option to change to another date.
